OBITUARY: 
At the Cook hotel, Salem, on Tuesday, October 1, 1895, at 11 o’clock a.m., J. A. Musick, aged 42 years. Mr. Musick was a well-known and highly respected mining man with large interests in the bohemia Mining district in Southern Oregon. He died quite suddenly from congestion of the brain. He was unmarried, but leaves two sisters to mourn his sudden demise namely, Mrs. Addie Levar and Miss Daisy Musick, both of Salem.
