1880 OR CENSUS - I. Needham, age 31, occupation farmer, b. Illinois, is enumerated with wife Clara, age 28, b. Oregon, along with Minnie, age 7, b. Oregon, Wilbur, age 5, b. Oregon, and Oris, age 1, b. Oregon. Also enumerated with the family is Angeline Doty, age 22, identified as sister [of Clara], b. Oregon.

OBITUARY: 
I. C. Needham Goes Over The Divide
Saturday at 11:30 in the forenoon, I. C. Needham, an old and respected pioneer of this community, died at the family home, 841 N. Cottage, after an illness of several weeks. Mr. Needham was 64 years old at the time of his death, having come across the plains when five years of age. He was married September 26, 1872 to Miss Clara M. Doty, and settled in the Red Hills south of Salem in 1875. Mrs. Needham died August 24, 1904.
Mr. Needham was a substantial citizen of the county and was elected to the position of county commissioner, which position he held two terms, during which time he served the county well. For the past three years Mr. Needham has resided in Tacoma, coming to Salem about a month ago.
He is survived by four children, three sons and one daughter. G. W. Needham, W. I. Needham, O. D. Needham and Mrs. Bertha M. McFarlane, all of Marion county. He leaves a brother, of Tacoma, Washington.
The funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence.

Will Probated-
The will of Isaac Needham was admitted to probate by Judge Bushey yesterday afternoon. Real Property to the amount of $6000 belongs to the estate, of which George Wilbur Needham, Orris Delma Needham, Isaac Winifred Needham and Bertha May McFarlane are the heirs. Mrs. Needham died June 15, 1912.
