DEATH CERTIFICATE: 
OBITUARY: 
At Seattle, Wash., Thursday, Oct 16, 1890, at 5 a.m., of consumption, Miss Miraim Newton, aged 33 years. The deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Newton, of No. 3 Church street. She went to Seattle in the early part of the summer in hopes of benefiting her failing health. She is well known in this city and also Marion county, having taught school in different sections. Her remains will be brought to Salem this morning at 11 o'clock for burial, the funeral to be held at the family residence. Friends of the family are invited. Albany paper please copy.
