OBITUARY:
On Sunday evening, March 26, 1888, at the residence of Jacob Ogle, a mile northeast of Salem, Melvina Ogle (nee Myers), wife of Charles L. Ogle, aged 27 years, 1 month and 2 days. Deceased married Charles L. Ogle in Adams county, Illinois, October 5, 1887. They have lived near Salem since that time, and Mrs. Ogle has been continually growing weaker from consumption. Charley's friends will be sorry to hear of his misfortune. Funeral at the residence of Jacob Ogle today (Tuesday, March 27), at 10:30, thence to the IOOF cemetery. Friends invited to attend.
