Mrs. Arnold writes: Lulu Belle Childers was born in Centerville, Washington and died April 18, 1934. Her father was Sylvanus Childers who immigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland to Manhattan Island, New York and then came to Salem, Oregon about 1868.
