OBITUARY: 
Henry S. Peck, 83, Succumbs. 
Henry Seward Peck, an Oregon resident more than 50 years, died Monday at his home at 2915 Husley ave. He was 83. Peck was born April 22, 1866, at LaPorte City, Iowa, the son of George D. and Clara Peck. He was married about 55 years ago to the former Mary Larson, who survives him in Salem. 
The couple have lived in Salem since about 1895 except for several years residence in Drain in Douglas county. Peck has farmed most of his life and was a member of the grange here. He also was a member of the Methodist church. Surviving, besides the widow, are a sister, Mrs. R. D. Cooper and a brother, M. E. Peck, both of Salem. Funeral services will be arranged by the V. T. Golden mortuary.
