OBITUARY: 
Youth Passes Away. 
Paul Calvin Pierce, who has been sick for some time, died late Wednesday night at the home of D.A. Terry, three and one-half miles east of Salem at the age of 16. Funeral services will be held from the Webb & Clough chapel this afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Rev. G. L. Lovell and Rev. S. S. Mumey will officiate. Interment will be in I. O. O. F. cemetery.
