OBITUARY:
In Salem, at the home of his parents, who reside in Parrish's addition, on Sunday, July 14, 1889, the infant son of Charles E. Pigler, aged 2 years and 2 months, of dysentery. Mr. and Mrs. Pigler have the sympathy of a number of friends in this their hour of distress over the loss of their son. Mr. Pigler and family are late from the East and had just become nicely settled in their new home when this sad calamity befell them. A little daughter is very sick with the same complaint which resulted in the death of the little son.
