OBITUARY: 

Mrs Ada Powers, 92, 1060 Mill St SE, died Sunday in a Salem nursing home. A lifelong resident of the Hayesville area, north of Salem, she was a member of Hayesville Women’s Club. Surviving are a sister Mrs Elma McAllister, Salem, and several nieces and nephews. Services are pending at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Home.
