Mrs. Gertrude Clara Remington Late resident of 2186 Chemeketa, November 27th at the residence. Survived by husband, James A. Remington, Salem, Daughter, Mrs. Pauline Cohen, Salem, Son, J. Fred Remington, Salem, Sister, Mrs. Ida W. Willis, Salem, Brother, Fred Purvine, Portland. Grandchildren, Joan Beecroft, Salem, Albert Cohen, Eugene, Judy and Janice Remington, Salem, Services will be held Monday, December 1st at 10:30 a.m. in the Clough-Barrick Chapel. Rev. A. C. Jamieson will officiate. Interment will be at Pioneer Cemetery.
