OBITUARY: 
SAUER --At the state insane asylum on the night of Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1891,
Louis B. Sauer, aged 52 years.
The deceased had been an inmate of the asylum since April 22, 1890, having been committed at that time from Clackamas county. For several years he was employed at the light house on Tillamook rock. He was of German nativity. At the time of his commitment he was a member of the Odd Fellows’ lodge at Walla Walla, which society notified the order here to take charge of the remains and give them burial. This was done yesterday, the funeral being held at 3:30 p.m. and the burial had in the Rural cemetery.
