OBITUARY:
SMITH -- At the family rooms, over J. A. Van Eaton’s grocery store, May 28th, 1895, of old age, Mrs. Mereb Smith, aged 78 years, 10 months and 9 days. Funeral services will be held at the family rooms, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, conducted by Rev. J. Bowersox. Interment will take place in the Odd Fellow’s cemetery.

At 9 a.m. Tuesday, at the rooms of her daughter, Susan Burkholder, No. 282½ Commercial street, Mrs. Mereb Smith, aged 78 years, 10 months and 9 days. The funeral will be held at the above named place this afternoon at 2 o’clock
