DEATH CERTIFICATE: 
OBITUARY: 

SCOTT – At the Sanitorium, Salem, Oregon, Monday, October 26, 1903, at 4 p.m., Miss Belle Scott, aged 27 years, of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Deceased had been ill for several months before she finally passed away. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Scott, and was born in Salem, where she lived all her life. Her mother, Mrs. Chandler, of Albany, came down this morning to arrange for the funeral, which will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m., from the undertaking parlors of W. T. Rigdon. Rev. J. Heppe, pastor of the First M.E. church, will conduct the funeral, and interment will be had in the Odd Fellow’s cemetery.
