OBITUARY:
Idres Fletcher, 77, of Salem, died Tuesday. She was born in Searsport, Maine and was a homemaker. She was active in Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile and was a member of Trinity Methodist Church. Her husband, Norman, died in 1984. Survivors include her nephews, Robert Crone of Plymouth, N.H., Mark Crone of Maitland, Fla., and Larry and David Clements, both of Belfast, Maine. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Salem Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors.
