NOTE - Pat Weitzel's records show that Emma was first married to Harvey Weaver; they were parents of 6 children, and after his death married Jay Burnett. Two of her children, Clyde and Sadie Weaver are also buried at Pioneer. Emma's father was Louis Fischer, and mother was Pauline Clement)

1920 MN CENSUS - Emma Weaver, age 37, b. Minnesota, is enumerated with husband Harvey, age 67, occupation lumberman, b. Canada, year of immigration 1890, along with Clyde W., age 13, Gladys E., age 11, Clair W., age 9, Paulina M., age 7, Sadie E., age 6, and Alice D., age 3 yrs 8 months, all born in Minnesota.  Also enumerated with the family is Clara E. Fisher, identified as boarder, age 24, single, occupation milinary, b. Minnesota.
2nd MARRIAGE - Jay Burnett
Emma Weaver Burnett died in her home at 3552 NE U.S. Grant Place Thursday at the age of 97. 
Mrs. Burnett was born in Round Prairie, Minn., June 8, 1887 [should be 1877]. She moved to Oregon in 1930 and lived in Salem 40 years before moving to Portland. She is survived by a son, Claire E. Weaver, of Salem; three daughters, Gladys Montgomery of Glendale, Calif., Pauling Martin of Spokane, Wash., Alyce Bickell of Apache Junction, Ariz.; a sister, Clare Rosner of North Hollywood, Calif.; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
