DEATH CLAIMS MAUDE RINGO -- Funeral services will be held at Howell-Edwards Chapel Thursday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Maude Ringo, 77, of 955 18th St., NE, who died at a local hospital Monday. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery. Mrs. Ringo, who was born in Iowa, came to Salem from California after the death of her husband, Stephen Ringo. She had lived here about 30 years. Mrs. Ringo had been ill for two years. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church. Surviving are her sister, Mrs. Minnie Ross, with whom she made her home in Salem; and three brothers, Roy H. Lightfoot and Calvin O. Lightfoot, both Salem, and Herbert Lightfoot, San Francisco. Capital Journa 19 Apr 1958, Sec.2-8
