OBITUARY: 
Mary A. (M) Moores died 20 Apr. 1858, in Salem, age 38. Died--at the residence of her brother, Col. I. R. Moores, in Salem, April 21st, after a lingering illness, Mary Matilda Moores, aged 37 years. This intelligent and truly pious sister united with the M. E. church when by 13 years of age, and from that time to the day of her death, adorned her profession by a pious walk and useful life. Her remains were taken to the M. E. church, where appropriate services were conducted by Rev. Wm. Roberts, Friday, April 23.

  Died- at the residence of her brother, Col. I. R. Moores, in Salem, April 21st, after a lingering illness, Mary Matilda Moores, aged 37 years.
