OBITUARY: 
Eva Mae Keefer Feb. 21, 1906 - Feb. 1, 1990. Eva Mae Keefer, 83, of Salem died Thursday in Salem. She was born in Enid, Okla., and came to Salem from Kansas in 1936. She later lived in Aumsville, Portland and at the Oregon Coast before returning to Salem in 1980. She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed flower gardening and traveling. Survivors include her husband, Royal; daughters, Maxine Swenke of Portland, Patricia Niblett of Tigard and Kathleen Aase of Long Beach, Wash.; stepdaughter, Myra Terziev of San Francisco; son, Robert Van De Veer of Salem; and stepsons, Bruce Keefer of Yamhill, Boyd Keefer of Gaston, Paul Keefer of San Francisco, and Harry Keefer and Neal Keefer, both of Salem. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Barrick mortuary. Interment will be private.
