PASSED AWAY
Another one the aged citizens of the Pacific Northwest has crossed the "slumberous sea that is gray with the peace of an evening sky." 
Henry Chadwick, a brother of the late Hon. Stephen F. Chadwick, having passed away at Colfax, Washington, on the 5th inst., at the age of 76. He was an honored member of the Masonic order having been numbered among those comprising Holland lodge in New York city. The remains will be brought to Salem, via the 11 a.m. train today, and given burial in Rural cemetery, the services to be conducted by Pacific lodge No. 50, A.F. and A. M.
