OBITUARY: 
PARKER -- At the home of his sister, Mrs. E. R. Maag, 1108 Court Street, September 5, 1913, J. D. Parker, aged 44 years. The funeral will be held Sunday at 10:30 from Lemban & Clough’s chapel and the burial will take place at the Odd Fellows cemetery. Members of the I.O.O.F. will officiate at the grave. 
Deceased leaves a wife and two step-sons, R.B. Wareham and David Wareham, both of whom live in Salem. He is also survived by a brother, H. J. Parker, and two sisters, Mrs. L. Hobson and Mrs. E. R. Maax, all of whom live near Salem.

Funeral Notice. 
The funeral of J.D. Parker will be held from Lehman & Clough’s chapel at 10 o’clock this morning (Sunday) by Rev. Mr. Martin. The burial will take place in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Members of the I.O.O.F. will officiate at the grave.

The funeral of J. D. Parker, who died here recently, was held yesterday from the Clough & Lehman undertaking parlors, the I.O.O.F. lodge officiating. The remains were buried in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Capital Journal 8 Sep 1913 8:3
