Died at the residence, 1375 Plaza street, West Salem, Mary Scovell Billings, 79. Survived by one daughter, Miss Lottie W. McAdams of West Salem; one son, W. F. McAdams of West Salem; one sister, Mrs. G. A. Nye; one brother, Cob Hinkle, Lakeview, Oregon; one niece, Bertha McCollum, Portland, Oregon; two cousins; Mrs. C. G. Gray and Miss Alta Scovell; one nephew, Sichel Hinkle, all of Salem. Funeral services Monday, January 19, at 3 p.m. from the Clough-Barrick chapel, Rev. M. A. Groves of the Ford Memorial church officiating. Interment I.O.O.F. cemetery.
