OBITUARY: 
ESTHER L. BILLMAN -- Esther L. Billman, 69, Sitka, Alaska, died Sunday in a Salem hospital. Born in Boise, Idaho, she was a professor at Sheldon Jackson College, Sitka, and had been staying in Salem three months. Surviving are sons, Dwight P. Billman, Salem and Howard L. Billman, San Francisco, Calififornia; brother, Everett Lisle, Lake Havasue, Arizona and seven grandchildren. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Westminster United Presbyterian Church, with private interment in Salem Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are by Barrick mortuary.
