OBITUARY:
Mrs Nancy A. Brown, 2396 N Front St, died Wednesday at her home. She was 64. Mrs Brown was born in Kentucky, Aug 7, 1891. She was employed in the state veterans affairs office here. Survivors include three sons, Forest C. Brown, Wendell Brown and Glenn Brown, all of Salem; three daughters, Mrs Janette Mann, McMinnville; Mrs Lucille McIntyre, Eddyville, Ore; and Mrs Esther Wright, Calif; five sisters, Mrs Fanny Anderson, Eugene; Mrs Bertha Stratton, Springfield; Mrs Goldie Franklin, Salem; Mrs Flora Burright, Portland; and Mrs Augusta Buckneer, Redmond. Announcement of services will be made later by the Howell-Edwards funeral home.
