OBITUARY: 
At the residence on route 4, Friday, March 13, Millie Carlson, aged 78 years. Survived by widower, Seth Carlson; three daughters, Iva Durkee, Laura Howell and Ethel Dawson, all of Portland; four sons, C. L. Tucker, George Tucker and Earl Tucker of Salem, and Art Tucker of Turner; three brothers, William and Peter Rattrey, both of Spokane, and Peter Rattrey of Wisconsin. Memorial services from chapel of Salem mortuary Monday, March 16, at 2 p.m. Commitment, IOOF cemetery.
