He was struck in the side and back, and sustained internal injuries which soon resulted fatally. He was 49 years of age and had relatives in Portland. The funeral will be conducted from the Clough undertaking parlors tomorrow at 10 a.m., with the ceremonies usual to the Chinese on such occasions.
