OBITUARY:  The funeral of Harry E. Mann, who died Thursday from the effects of an operation in a Portland hospital, was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the chapel of Webb and Clough, under the auspices of Chemeketa lodge No. 1, of which he was a member. Burial was in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
