OBITUARY: 

Eugene – Jerry Orville Munkers, 82-year-old Salem native and recent resident of Myrtle Point, died at his home here Friday. A retired farmer, Munkers moved to Eugene from Myrtle Point about four months ago. Survivors include a brother, Gordon Munkers, Myrtle Point. Services will be 10 am Tuesday in the Poole-Larsen chapel here, with private interment in Pioneer Cemetery, Salem.
