OBITUARY:
At the family home in Englewood addition at 4:45 pm Tuesday, October 18, 1892, from dropsy, Lucy A. Peat, wife of E. L. Peat aged 63 years.
Mr. and Mrs. Peat came to Salem from Auburn, NY about two and a half years ago and have since made this city their home.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday from the residence. The interment will be in the Rural cemetery.
