OBITUARY:  Perkins Baby Dies.  Little Dorothy Flora Perkins, who would have been a year old October 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Perkins, 2410 North Fourth street died last night after an illness of four weeks. The funeral will be held from the home probably Sunday. Rev. Leland W. Porter of the First Christian church conducting the service. Interment will be in Salem.
