OBITUARY: 

GERVAIS--Virginia Ronner, 86, died Tuesday. She was born in Portland and graduated from Grant High School and Reed College. She and her husband, Emil, owned and operated Ronner Grocery Market in Gervais until their--1968--retirement. Her memberships included the Gervais Garden Club and Gervais Home Extension. Her husband died in 1987. She had lived in Salem since 1992. Survivors include her brother, Bruce Wells of Topsail Beach, N.C. Private interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery, Salem. Arrangements are by Cornwell mortuary, Woodburn.
