The funeral will take place to day from the residence of Mr. Scoville. All friends are invited to attend, at 3 o'clock, p.m.  Daily Oregon Statesman, June 13, 1884, 2:1 NOTICES -- Yesterday afternoon the funeral of Father Burford took place from the residence of Mr. Scoville, in South Salem. On the 30th day of May the companion of his long life was laid away to rest. Both funerals were conducted by J. S. Spriggs, pastor of the Christian Church of this city.
