"Ernest G. Clark, 103, of Salem, died Tuesday. At the time of his death, he was believed to be the oldest Salem Resident to have been born here and to have lived here all his life. Arrangements are pending at Rigdon-Ransom mortuary, Salem.

Ernest George Clark, 103, of Salem, died Tuesday. 
He was born, raised and educated in Salem. He graduated from Capitol Business College. He was the grand marshal of Salem's 125th birthday parade. He is the last surviving original member of the Producers Milk Company, which became the Dairy Co-op, the forerunner of Mayflower Milk Co. He was a member of the Keizer Grange, and an 80 year member of the IOOF, Salem. Survivors include his sons Everett W. and Ernest G., both of Salem. Contributions may be made to the Odd Fellows Retirement Home, 3320 SE Holgate Blvd., Portland 97206. Services will be private. Arrangements are by Rigdon-Ransom mortuary, Salem.
