OBITUARY: 

Arthur L Cummins. Aug 10, 1904 - Nov. 2, 1998. 
Arthur Cummins, 94, of Salem Died Monday. He was born in Salem and worked in the family business, Cummins Sheet Metal and Heating, for 70 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge for 71 years and attended the Oregon State Fair every year of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. His wife, Lillian, died in 1973. Survivors include his daughter, Rita Sankey of Terrebonne; sister, Remona Young; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the Elks Lodge. Interment will be private. Arrangements are by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
