BIOGRAPHICAL:
OREGON WOMAN HAS LARGE FAMILY OF DAUGHTERS, ALL OF WHOM ARE MARRIED.
Left to right, Mrs. D. S. Adams, of Corvallis, the mother; Mesdames W. H. Lake, Viroqua, Wisconsin; C. V. Becket, Salem; T. D. McDowell, Portland; M. Putman, Salem; W. J? White, Salem; E. C. Richmond, Dallas; C. T. Roy, Jefferson, and E. H. Jefferson, Portland. A family reunion held at Salem last month by Mrs. D. S. Adams of Corvallis, formerly Mrs. Milton Southwick, of Salem, was of special interest on account of the presence of her eight robust daughters and three sons. Mrs. Adams had 12 children, but lost one of her daughters. She has lived in Oregon for 27 years, and all of her children except one daughter are residents of this state. Five years ago she moved from Salem to Corvallis, having married Mr. Adams of that place. Undated newspaper clipping -- probably from an Oregonian.
