OBITUARY: 

Paul C. Leach was born in Bellingham, Washington on June 15, 1921. He graduated from Bellingham High School in 1939, joined the United States Navy in 1942, serving four years, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for ten years as the Chief Electrical Engineer for the Seattle Metro System, and then went to work for Brown & Caldwell until his retirement. His wife passed away in 1988. He has no surviving family. He lived in La Connor for ten years, and at Panorama City in Lacey, Washington for eight years. He was an avid ham radioman (call sign N7GGX), a 50-year Mason, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. A memorial will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Panorama City.
