OBITUARY: 

Millard F. Bliven, at the residence on route 8, Wednesday, September 13, at the age of 76 years. Survived by widow, Mary E. Bliven of Salem; sister, Mrs. May Hayes of Quincy, Ill.; four daughters, Mrs. D. B. Burnett of Jefferson, Mrs. W. Frances Burnett of Salem, Mrs. Floyd D. Moore of Portland and Mrs. Arthur E. Oldenburg of Salem; three sons, Clyde D. Bliven of Portland, Ralph Bliven of Woodburn and Howard Bliven of Salem; 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Clough-Barrick company Friday, September 15, at 10 a.m. Interment Belcrest Memorial park [sic].
