OBITUARY: 
John W. Boehr, 82, of 424 16th St. SE, died yesterday in a Salem hospital of an illness.
A native of Glendora, Calif. , he had lived in Salem since 1955, moving here from Canada. He worked at Thomas Kay woolen Mills and later was a carpenter until retiring in 1958. He was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.
Surviving are his sons, Lewis, Sylvan Lake, Alberta Canada. Ben, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada, and Dan, Salem. Brothers, Jacob Langham, Saskatchewan and Isaac and Peter, both of Saskatoon. Sister, Annie Neufeldt, New Westminster, British Columbia. Three granddaughters and a great-grandson.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary, with interment in the Salem Pioneer Cemetery.
